My name is Dr. Kirsten Allen

I'm a Sport and Performance Psychologist and former collegiate swimmer passionate about helping high performers thrive—on and off the field.​

 

At Collaborative Minds, I guide high-achieving individuals optimize mental performance and wellbeing. Whether you're an athlete or a young professional striving for more -- mentally, emotionally, physically -- we collaborate to ensure you perform with intention and live life with greater ease.

Services Offered

This practice offers evidence-based, deeply personalized therapy, performance coaching, and professional mentoring. As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and Board-Certified Rehabilitation Psychologist (ABPP-RP), I have uniquely blended expertise in performance optimization to injury recovery. With this breadth of training and experience, I am able to offer a wide range of services.

For elite & collegiate athletes seeking to sharpen mental skills, build resilience, and optimize outcomes. And/or​ for athletes recovering from injury and/or transitioning to retirement. 

For individuals seeking collaborative support to manage mood, anxiety, stress symptoms; sleep and pain issues; and/or to improve overall quality of life. 

For providers pursuing certification as a Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), striving to build competency in performance psychology.
